Rude HealthPioneer in healthy, natural and delicious food and drink, Rude Health, today confirms the launch of a brand new organic Iced Coffee range. Rolling out from next month, Oat Latte Iced Coffee and Mocha Iced Coffee, will be available in a 750ml chilled format (RRP: £3.75). Listings are currently confirmed with Waitrose (14th April) and Ocado (end of April). The duo of dairy-free drinks are the first Iced Coffee products of their kind to be made using organic coffee, contain absolutely no added sugar, and boast a completely clean deck,

The new range has been created so customers can enjoy the care and attention of barista- made fresh iced coffee at home; it is recommended to be served straight from the fridge over ice. As with the rest of the Rude Health product portfolio, which is focussed on great tasting andsimple kitchen cupboard ingredients, the new coffees are made using high-quality, sustainably sourced ingredients. They are non UPF and contain no artificial thickeners, additives or added sugar, plus both are gluten free and organic.

The Rude Health Iced Coffee range is made using a blend of organic coffee sourced from sustainable farms in Latin America. Arabica beans have been selected for their superior flavour, and are gently roasted before being brewed in cold water, giving the drinks a smooth, nutty and fruity flavour, without any of the harsh bitterness. This is then blended with Rude Health organic oat milk, which is smooth, creamy and naturally sweet so there is no need for added sugar. Organic coconut milk is also used in the Iced Mocha for extra creaminess and the coffee is blended and balanced with organic cacao grown on sustainable farms, which gives it a rich chocolate note.

Sam Maguire, country manager, said: “The Rude Health Café has been serving delicious iced coffees since we launched in 2016. They have been increasingly popular in summer and winter so we saw an opportunity to make them available to a bigger audience. Unlike most options in supermarkets, these iced coffees have no added sugar, sweeteners or other rubbish. They are just organic cold brew coffee combined with our organic plant-based drinks for a smooth, delicious iced coffee like you would get from the Rude Health Café”.

Bertel Haugen, head of innovation & sustainability, said: “At Rude Health, we’re passionate about quality ingredients. Just as we source the best oats, almonds, and coconuts for our milks, we take the same care with our coffee. We use only organic Arabica beans for their smooth, complex flavor, grown sustainably on certified organic farms in Latin America, ensuring biodiversity protection. And our coffee is cold-brewed for a naturally smooth, subtle taste vs the standard hot brewing method”.

The full Rude Health range is made using quality ingredients and nothing artificial. Find out more: https://rudehealth.com/
