Jason Momoa is back on another Nuii adventure for 2025, continuing his partnership as brand ambassador for the premium ice cream brand

NuiiNuiiPremium ice cream brand Nuii is thrilled to announce its ongoing partnership with Jason Momoa as brand ambassador for 2025. After a successful collaboration last year, Momoa will continue to play a pivotal role in elevating Nuii’s global brand visibility to drive category growth.

Momoa, known for his roles in Aquaman, Game of Thrones, Dune and the latest A Minecraft Movie, will be appearing once again in Nuii’s dynamic marketing campaign.

With his love of travel, passion for the environment and adventurous spirit, Momoa continues to connect perfectly with Nuii’s brand values. Earlier this year, Nuii sent Momoa on his next adventure to visit the Currumbin Wildlife Hospital in Australia, where the actor and nature lover met the incredible team to discover more about the impactful work Nuii and Currumbin are doing to help protect koalas for generations to come.

With Nuii’s Australian Macadamia & Salted Caramel ice cream being the brand’s No 1 flavour, Nuii wanted to give back and ensure they supported the conservation of these iconic symbols of Australian wildlife, which have fast become endangered and at risk of extinction. Over the years, the koala population has declined significantly due to habitat destruction, climate change and disease. Recognising the urgent need for action, over the past 5 years, Nuii has collaborated with the WildArk charity on multiple projects to help support disease management in the koala population in Australia, with the ambition to make a meaningful impact and raise awareness of the challenges these small but mighty marsupials face.

Momoa’s visit and subsequent documentary film on the efforts will help to further enhance awareness on the extinction risk koalas now face in Australia, and how Nuii is funding medical equipment that helps to diagnose disease so that koalas can be treated, rehabilitated and released back into the wild as soon as possible.

Nuii has donated over $300,000 to koala conservation since 2020, specifically supporting koala health and the management of disease in koala populations along the East Coast of Australia.

Alicia Munday, global marketing manager at Froneri, said: “It was fantastic to partner with Jason Momoa again as our Nuii brand ambassador. His energy and passion for our ice cream— especially the Salted Caramel and Australian Macadamia—make him a great fit for the brand. During his visit to Currumbin Wildlife Hospital, where Nuii helps fund vital equipment, he really connected with the important work being done there. We’re proud to have him as part of the Nuii adventure.”

Kirstin Scholtz, general manager (Asia Pacific Africa) at WildArk, said: “It was a great privilege to work with Nuii and their ambassador, Jason Momoa, to support and raise awareness for Currumbin Wildlife Hospital and their crucial work to treat and prevent disease in Koala Populations in Southeast Queensland.”

Jason Momoa’s ambassadorship will travel throughout Nuii’s above the line plans including TVC, OOH, print and digital advertising, in addition to being supported with a full social media and PR roll out. Global fans of Momoa need to stay tuned, as the campaign launches across Europe in 14 territories including Italy, France, UK, Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Spain, Portugal, Poland, Greece, Bulgaria, Romania, Serbia, North Macedonia.
