The restaurant chain Honest Burgers has announced the launch of Honest Insiders, the brand’s first digital rewards app with exclusive rewards for customers when they visit any of Honest Burgers’ 39 restaurants. Honest Insiders will launch on 10th June and customers will be able to access the programme app by downloading the new Honest Insiders app.
Honest have been serving Great British Burgers since 2011 – sourcing the best ingredients locally and making everything themselves from scratch every day. This uncompromising commitment quality has created a community of loyal fans – thousands of them recently invested nearly £3m in their crowdfund. Now the brand is set to launch Honest Insiders – giving something back to that Honest community.
Honest Insiders will reward customers with a stamp each time they visit Honest Burgers and Honest Smash + Grab across the UK. Customers will receive complimentary onion rings for signing up to the rewards app, a reward on their third and fifth visits and once they’ve reached eight stamps, customers will be able to enjoy a free burger of their choice.
Customers can expect to see the following rewards on the programme:
- One of Honest’s side dishes on sign up, such as onion rings or chips
- Earn a stamp on every visit
- On their 3rd visit, earn complimentary chicken wings or chicken tenders at Smash + Grab on their
next visit
- During the 5th visit customers earn a stamp for a soft drink when they next come to Honest
Burgers
- A complimentary burger after completing the stamp card with 7 stamps
- A treat during the customer’s birthday month
- Personalised offers and rewards
- First-to-know alerts about new product launches and exclusive events
