Twisted Sandwiches
You’ve had LEON Christmas wraps. You’ve even had LEON Christmas curries. But now it’s time for a sandwich moment. And not just any sandwich.
Say hello to The Twisted Trimmings Sandwich (RRP £8.99). Forget your average Christmas sandwich – this one’s got layers. Pulled turkey marinated in buttermilk and Baharat spices, rich apricot & pine nut stuffing, and grilled halloumi, all tucked inside a toasted stone-baked ciabatta. Finished with pickled red cabbage, honey mustard mayo, and a cranberry, pomegranate molasses & Aleppo pepper sauce. It’s Christmas comfort, with a LEON-sized kick.
And because we know not everyone’s reaching for the turkey, The Veggie Twistmas Sandwich (RRP £7.99) is here to sleigh. Baharat-roasted butternut squash, grilled halloumi, and a rich apricot & pine nut stuffing, finished with that same cranberry, pomegranate molasses & Aleppo pepper sauce and pickled red cabbage. Served warm in a toasted ciabatta. Have yourself a very veggie Christmas.
Bowl’d and Beautiful
For those who prefer their festive feast in a bowl, LEON’s Bowl’d lineup is getting a Christmas makeover. LEON’s Baharat Turkey & Aleppo Cranberry Bowl (RRP £9.49) is bringing a little sunshine to the sleigh ride. Tender pulled turkey marinated in buttermilk and Baharat spices meets pine nut & apricot stuffing, with a drizzle of cranberry, pomegranate molasses & Aleppo pepper sauce and a spoonful of creamy LEON Aioli. Served on our signature brown rice with pickled red cabbage, slaw, crispy onions, fresh herbs, and a wedge of lemon. Christmas leftovers, upgraded.

No Christmas is complete without something sweet and spiced to sip on. So LEON is rolling out a brand new Gingerbread Drinks Range – warming, comforting, and guaranteed to make your day a little more festive.
Gingerbread Latte (RRP £4.50) Sweet and spiced gingerbread syrup blended with rich espresso and your milk of choice.
Gingerbread Matcha Latte (RRP £4.85) Festive flavour meets matcha’s green goodness. A blend of gingerbread syrup, matcha, and your milk of choice.
