Since their inception, Signature Brew’s mission has been to create beer that makes music better. So, it made complete sense for this East London indie brewery to team up with Amazon Music and Mitchells & Butlers to mark 30 years of Oasis’ iconic album (What’s The Story) Morning Glory? with three one-off collaboration beers, brewed exclusively for an invite only celebration at The Green Man in Soho on Friday 17th October.
The event celebrated 30 years of what is one of the most defining albums in British music history, and as part of the event Signature Brew supported with a trio of limited- edition brews: Live Forever Lager, Morning Glory Session IPA and Champagne Supernova IPA.
“To put together three collaboration beers for the one-off celebration of 30 years of the seminal Oasis album Morning Glory is a moment to savour for Signature Brew,” shared Tom Bott, managing director and founder at Signature Brew. “We’re used to working with and celebrating the very best in music, but working with Oasis represents a real pinnacle moment for us. Live Forever Lager, Morning Glory Session IPA and Champagne Supernova IPA are our homages to the British indie legends, and having lived and breathed it at Wembley in July, I can say first-hand they’re still at the absolute top of their game.”
This collaboration is the latest in a long line of music-driven projects for Signature Brew, previously working with the likes of Suede, IDLES, Romy (The xx), The Libertines, alt-J, Travis, Enter Shikari, Lola Young, and Hospital Records. They are the only brewery that works directly with artists to create custom beers tied to their tours and album launches.
While the Oasis collaboration beers were brewed exclusively for the Amazon Music anniversary event, you can find their core beers poured at iconic venues such as Rough Trade, Abbey Road Studios and Tate Modern, as well as festivals and live venues across the UK.
