Edgewell Personal Care has announced two senior appointments across its EMEIA Pacific business, further strengthening its regional leadership team.

Alexandra Douglas has been appointed market director, UK, Ireland & Nordics. In this role, she will lead Edgewell’s business across these priority markets, with a focus on continuing the momentum created in recent years to strengthen customer partnerships, modernise the organisation and drive the next phase of growth across the company’s portfolio. She will work closely across sales, marketing and customer teams to bring its portfolio brands – including Wilkinson Sword Intuition, Bulldog and Hawaiian Tropic – closer to consumers, strengthen retail relationships and deliver greater impact in market.

Katharine Goodchild moves to the role of ECB director, EMEIA Pacific. In this position, she will lead Edgewell Custom Brands across the region, with responsibility for advancing the business’s private label offer, deepening customer partnerships, and supporting growth in a dynamic and evolving retail environment.

Tony Lorman, president, EMEIA Pacific, Edgewell Personal Care said: “These appointments reflect the progress we have made in building a stronger, more focused business across EMEIA Pacific. Over the past three years, we have transformed our organisation, introduced new capabilities and continued to modernise the way we operate – with a clear focus on building better brands, stronger propositions and sharper execution in market. Alex and Katharine will play an important role in helping us build on that momentum, deepen customer partnerships and unlock further growth across the region.”

Alexandra Douglas has been with Edgewell for more than two years and brings a strong track record across brand, category and commercial leadership, with experience spanning business transformation, customer strategy and growth delivery. Prior to joining the company, she held a number of senior roles at Wella Company and Boots UK. Her experience across brand building, customer understanding and commercial delivery will support Edgewell’s continued growth across the UK, Ireland and Nordics.

Goodchild most recently served as general manager, North West Europe. Over the course of her tenure, she has played an important role in shaping commercial direction and supporting the growth of Edgewell’s portfolio across the region. In her new role, she will focus on developing Edgewell Custom Brands and enhancing the value it brings to retail partners through category insight, innovation, and execution.

These appointments support Edgewell’s broader ambition to build a more focused, responsive, and growth-oriented business across EMEIA Pacific.
