King’s CrossThe King’s Cross Group today announces four new lettings, with RunLimited, Martha’s, Tap the Vine and Mezzo Pasta bringing distinctive beauty, lifestyle, F&B and experience-led concepts to King’s Cross. The lettings form part of the Group’s continued evolution of its retail and leisure offer, giving people more reasons to discover and return to King’s Cross while strengthening and curating the retail mix.

The brands will occupy a combined 2,945sq ft in Coal Drops Yard with RunLimited now open, Mezzo Pasta to open in October and Martha’s in November. They strengthen the mix of independent and established names across King’s Cross’ 500,000 sq ft retail, leisure and hospitality offer.

RunLimited opened in August at Coal Drops Yard, with its offer of worldwide brands and ready-made community for London’s runners.

Martha’s, a new concept from the team behind Ria’s in Notting Hill and Soho, will join as a hybrid beauty experience, combining high-end nail treatments with an all-day drinks menu.

Mezzo Pasta brings regional Italian recipes to the estate, marking the restaurant’s second location in London, while Tap the Vine is a new sustainability-focused wine bar concept, offering 50 wines served on tap, with a bottle-free approach designed to reduce waste and environmental impact.

Jane Macdiarmid, head of retail asset management at The King’s Cross Group, said: “These four lettings bring something distinctive to King’s Cross and are all concepts built around community, quality and experience. Together, they add another dimension to the mix of brands and places people can discover here.”

“Our latest research shows that discovery, authenticity and quality are particularly important to our audiences. We want King’s Cross to keep evolving as an experience-led destination, bringing together much-loved names with independent and emerging brands to create a retail offer that feels distinctive to the King’s Cross estate.”
