AkeneoAkeneo, the Product Experience (PX) company and leading provider of Product Cloud solutions, today announced three leadership appointments across customer success, marketing and its centre of excellence, as it invests in its next phase of growth with its customers at the centre.

Jean Lethuillier has joined as Vice President of Customer Success. She joins Carole Offredo, Chief Marketing Officer and Edouard Dewulf, Senior Director, Global Center of Excellence, adding expertise in customer success, AI and front line engineers.

“Commerce is entering a new phase, and we are investing now in the people, technology and expertise for Akeneo to lead that change,” said Romain Fouache, CEO of Akeneo. “Our customers are preparing for a world where AI engines and agents play a much greater role in how products are discovered and purchased. Strengthening our global leadership is about helping them make that transition successfully as we massively accelerate Akeneo’s pace for what comes next.”

Jean Lethuillier was most recently SVP of Customer Success at Zoovu. She previously held customer and partner success leadership roles at Sherpa, Cybereason, XING/kununu and Fuze, after starting her career in consulting at PwC China. She has turned post-sales organisations into drivers of retention, expansion and revenue growth. At Akeneo, she will focus on customer outcomes and the company’s growing enterprise base.

Jean Lethuillier, Vice President of Customer Success at Akeneo, said, “As AI transforms how products get discovered and purchased, our customer success team has a real opportunity: to turn product data into measurable outcomes for our customers, not just as a post-sale function, but as something that actively drives their growth.”

Carole Offredo joins as Chief Marketing Officer after a decade at Dataiku, where she helped build and scale the marketing organisation as the company grew into a global enterprise AI company. At Akeneo, she will lead marketing as the company brings its agentic Product Cloud to enterprise customers.

Edouard Dewulf joins as Senior Director, Global Center of Excellence, after seven years at Accenture Song leading digital, commerce and Product Experience Management transformations for major organisations. With more than 15 years in digital services, including years working with Akeneo from the partner side, he strengthens Akeneo’s ability to support enterprise customers.

“Product data is becoming a foundational infrastructure component for the enterprise, particularly as AI changes how products are discovered, managed and brought to market,” said Edouard Dewulf, Senior Director, Global Center of Excellence at Akeneo. “Our centre of excellence and front line engineers are about making enterprises ready for that shift, bringing deep technical and transformation expertise closer to customers so they can build the product data foundations they need for what comes next.”

The appointments follow a year of product investment. Akeneo acquired PricingHUB to bring product data and pricing together as two signals for discovery, relevance, conversion and business performance, and introduced Agentic Ziggy in its Summer 2026 Release, an agentic UI layer within Akeneo Product Cloud that governs and coordinates specialised AI agents across the product data lifecycle. Akeneo was also the top-ranked vendor in the July 2026 Product Information Management Data Quadrant from Info-Tech SoftwareReviews and an Exemplary Vendor in the 2026 ISG Buyers Guide reports for both Product Information Management Platforms and Product Experience Management.
