Copenhagen fashion house, GANNI, is pleased to announce three significant leadership appointments as the house continues to strengthen its global organisation.
Marcelo Noschese joins as president, Americas; Marie Valot joins as Communication and PR executive director; and Guillaume Dacquet joins as marketing & image executive director. All three will report directly to CEO Laura du Rusquec, supporting GANNI’s executive committee and long-term global vision.
Based in New York, Marcelo Noschese will oversee retail, wholesale and e-commerce across the region. He brings extensive international experience from leading roles at Prada, Louis Vuitton and Ferragamo, and most recently served as CEO of Prada Americas, where he delivered record growth and strengthened brand positioning across the US, Canada and Latin America. At GANNI, Marcelo will help shape the house’s next chapter in the Americas by expanding the footprint, reinforcing brand consistency and deepening community engagement across all channels.
Marie Valot brings over 15 years of experience across brand communications, VIP and influencer strategy, and global partnerships. She has led international communications for Balmain and Nina Ricci, as well as KCD Paris, developing major 360° campaigns, media strategies and cross-functional initiatives. In her role at GANNI, Marie will further expand the house’s visibility and cultural reach, fostering meaningful relationships across media, talent and creative communities.
Guillaume Dacquet joins GANNI from Estée Lauder Companies, where he led global rebranding initiatives and helped shape long-term communication platforms, driving a shift towards brand-first storytelling. His previous roles at LVMH Beauty—spanning Dior, Guerlain, Givenchy, Fresh and Stella McCartney—saw him lead strategic planning, consumer insight programs and innovation roadmaps, translating cultural insight into impactful brand strategy. At GANNI, Guillaume will oversee global marketing strategy, image direction and content, ensuring a cohesive and culturally resonant brand voice and narrative.
“Marcelo, Marie and Guillaume each bring exceptional expertise and a shared commitment to innovation, creativity and cultural relevance. As we enter an exciting new phase for GANNI, this leadership team will be critical in driving our global vision forward with clarity and ambition,” said Laura du Rusquec, CEO, GANNI.
