AliExpress,AliExpress, the international online retail marketplace under Alibaba International Digital Commerce Group, has launched Brand+ by offering its most comprehensive brands, savings and price-matching programme to date. The Brand+ channel offers an increased selection of branded products, a price match commitment available for thousands of products, enabling UK shoppers to buy brands at great prices.

In recent customer research, 8 out of 10 AliExpress buyers surveyed in the UK rated the platform as ‘affordable’ and 94% would recommend it (1). The new Brand+ channel is perfect for both bargain hunters and brand lovers seeking bargains ahead of the 11.11 Singles Day sale, AliExpress’s biggest shopping promotion of the year.

Price-matching: How does it work?

Consumers can shop for items in the Brand+ channel marked with ‘Best Price Guarantee’ on the product page.

If you can find a lower price on another designated e-commerce platform*(Please see the list in the footnote below) within 7 days of purchase, AliExpress will refund the difference.

Bonnie Zhao, AliExpress UK’s General Manager, said: “We are constantly investing to improve the shopping experience for our customers by providing them with high-quality, top brands at competitive prices, delivered quickly. That is why we are making Brand+ available across over 1,500 brands, with more to come on the AliExpress platform. We continue to give customers the widest possible choice of great-value, branded products.”

Brands on AliExpress range from internationally renowned household names and new brands with expertise in trending categories. Examples of brands available on AliExpress include:

  • Pop Mart (toy figures)
  • DJI, Osmo, Insta360, Kodak (cameras)
  • Lenovo, Samsung, Xiaomi, OnePlus  (consumer electronics)
  • Shokz, Anker, Magcubic (tech)
  • Vevor (Home items and equipment)
  • Eufy, ILIFE (robotic vacuums)
  • Vileda, Finish (Household cleaning)

Consumer research reveals that nearly half (47.2%) of UK customers are likely to buy when a best-price guarantee is offered (2). 59.5% of AliExpress shoppers surveyed report saving 26% or more through shopping with AliExpress in the last 12 months (2).

Zhao added: “Our Best Price Guarantee continues our commitment of always helping shoppers to save money via AliExpress.”

As the Brand+ channel goes live, AliExpress shoppers can benefit from a longer sale period from 11 November to 3 December, spanning both the 11.11 Singles Day shopping festival and Black Friday.
