Asendia, a leading global provider of international e-commerce and parcel delivery solutions, announces a partnership with HubBox, a pioneer in out-of-home (OOH) delivery software. Together, the companies will empower retailers to offer secure, convenient, and flexible cross-border delivery solutions to shoppers worldwide

In response to evolving customer expectations and the global growth of e-commerce, Asendia has developed a comprehensive global solution for out-of-home delivery. This solution complements the existing home delivery and returns services, providing customers with greater delivery choice and flexibility, while offering retailers a valuable opportunity for differentiation in a competitive market.

Thanks to its partnership with HubBox, Asendia can now empower retailers with a robust logistics solution and seamless checkout integration and user interface, powered by advanced software.

By adding HubBox’s pickup software to their online checkout, retailers can now seamlessly provide shoppers with the ability to select their preferred out-of-home location, including lockers, convenience stores, and collection points

This functionality is combined with Asendia’s multi-carrier and global OOH delivery network, giving retailers access to more than 180,000 collection points and lockers across Europe and the world.

Unlocking Value for Retailers and Shoppers

The partnership offers significant advantages for both e-commerce businesses and their customers:

  • Greater choice for shoppers: 70% of consumers want the ability to choose a pickup option at checkout. Providing this choice reduces cart abandonment and builds customer loyalty,
  • Better conversion in the checkout: offering several delivery options at checkout increases purchase completion,
  • Cost savings: fewer, more efficient delivery drops enable lower shipping costs and ensure high delivery success,
  • Better experience for shoppers: higher customer satisfaction boosts loyalty and repeat purchases, especially for convenience, driven shoppers,
  • Peace of mind: enhancing service quality and customer satisfaction contributes to fewer shopper complaints and claims.

“Together, Asendia and HubBox are transforming the global e-commerce delivery experience,” said Simon Batt, CEO of Asendia. “By combining our international logistics expertise with HubBox’s innovative OOH technology solutions, we’re creating a seamless, cost-efficient, and customer-centric network that supports retailers’ global growth.”

Sam Jarvis, CEO of HubBox, added, “This partnership takes OOH delivery to a truly global scale. International retailers will now be able to offer flexible local pickup options across multiple markets, meeting rising consumer demand for convenience at checkout.”

Leaders in global e-commerce logistics:

Asendia provides leading international e-commerce and mail solutions across the globe, delivering to over 200 destinations worldwide. The e-PAQ Product range (including Home, Out-of-Home deliveries and returns) brings together global reach, local insight, and human expertise to help retailers sell, ship and scale seamlessly across the world, wherever their own customers are.

Founded in London, HubBox has become a trusted partner for retailers seeking to offer OOH delivery directly from their checkout. Its market-leading plug-and-play technology can be seamlessly integrated with more than 1,000 checkout configurations, including all major e-commerce platforms. HubBox already serves thousands of retailers across the UK, Europe and the US including GAP, Selfridges, Gymshark, Birkenstock and Macy’s.
