ASKASK Italian, a leading name in the UK’s casual dining industry, has unveiled its brand-new autumn/winter menu this week nationwide across all 66 locations. The new seasonal offering reflects the brand’s commitment to continuously elevating its dynamic menu for customers. The menu will see ASK’s unique take on classic Italian-inspired dishes, as well as a new range of signature cocktails and desserts that will be sure to turn heads.

It highlights the indulgent flavours of the season, offering a variety of comforting ingredients, from rich chocolate falls to its timeless fan favourites and new icons.

During the development of the menu, the ASK Italian team undertook comprehensive research on what consumers are looking for from the restaurant, as well as what would attract a new loyal following to the ASK brand. Working extensively to develop a menu that gives customers their fix for Italian-inspired food but also adds more theatre to the casual dining Italian scene in the UK.

One of the standout new icons is ASK’s new signature dessert called ‘The Lemon’ – a deconstructed cheesecake dessert in the form of a 3D lemon-flavoured white chocolate shell to crack open and savour. The lemon shell sits on a Lotus biscuit base topped with vanilla cheesecake cream, served in a martini glass.

Chocolate Falls, another signature dessert added to the packed new lineup, is a decadent pairing of rich chocolate brownie bites with traditional vanilla gelato and toffee popcorn. Pour over a warm toffee sauce to melt the glittery chocolate dome for an unforgettable, sweet experience.

It’s not just the food that’s had a makeover; ASK Italian’s new signature cocktails offer attractive and ‘Instagrammable’ cocktail options like the Candy Cloud Bramble, which features a striking presentation with a pink candy floss garnish. Additional Non-alcoholic choices have been added to the range, such as the Strawberry Sparkle, strawberry syrup, lemon juice & soda water, served with strawberry-flavoured popping boba, to ensure that all guests can enjoy a drink tailored to their preferences.

Katy Pigg, ASK Italian food development manager, comments on the launch: “We’re thrilled to unveil our new autumn/winter menu, showcasing our ASK for Better dedication to consistently enhance the ASK experience for our customers and offers something for everyone.

Driven by the trend of dining interactivity, customers will be captivated by our new signature desserts and cocktails, including ‘The Lemon’ and the ‘Chocolate Falls’ deserts, plus the ‘Candy Cloud Bramble’ finished with a generous helping of candy floss topping.”

Pigg continues: Our fan favourite nduja dough bites have also had an autumn addition – now with a pesto & mozzarella option added to the lineup. We believe this new menu will resonate with our guests, delivering the Italian-inspired flavour and experiences they’ve come to expect from us, while also serving fresh and exciting new options.”

The menu also aligns with ASK’s full commitment to sustainability with its ASK for Better initiative across people, planet and plate, with targets to reduce its carbon footprint. An example of this is their supplier partnership with Wildfarmed. ASK Italian is the only national restaurant in the UK to use 100% of Wildfarmed’s regenerative flour in all their pizza dough.
