atis set to launch breakfast from August with phased London roll-out

atisatis, the flavour-first restaurant brand, will launch breakfast for the first time this August, bringing their unique approach to a whole new daypart. In its biggest move yet, atis will give customers a fresh way to start their day, packed with the signature bold flavours and nourishing ingredients the brand is known for.

The daypart launch will be part of a bigger push this year to provide more value for customers across every eating and drinking occasion, and raise the bar at every single touchpoint along the way. With breakfast set to join the brand’s lunch and dinner offering, atis is set to become the destination Londoners can turn to at any point in their day.

The breakfast launch will roll out in three phases and be available Monday to Friday. First to launch is St James, atis’ newest site, launching on 3rd August, followed by four further sites, Long Acre, Moorgate, Nine Elms and Canary Wharf, from September onwards. A full estate rollout will then follow in 2027, bringing breakfast to all atis locations across London. Each phase of the in-store rollout will be matched by a launch on Deliveroo, so customers can enjoy atis breakfast at home, in the office and in our restaurants.

At the heart of the new menu is atis’ build-your-own yoghurt bar, letting customers create their own pot from a choice of bases, toppings, crunch and drizzles. For those who want a grab-and-go option, breakfast pots will also be available, including Mango, Matcha Chia & Coconut Yoghurt, Mixed Berries, Tahini Granola & Greek Yoghurt, and Almond Butter & Strawberry Overnight Oats.

Rye Toasts complete the savoury side of the menu, made using rye bread from RaiRai, a new brand bringing authentic Finnish rye to the UK. Guests can choose from Smoked Salmon with Cream Cheese, Sliced Red Onion, Dill, Capers and Everything Bagel Seasoning, or Heirloom Tomato with Charred Scallion Cream Cheese, Sliced Red Onion, Capers, Olive Oil, Flakey Salt and Cracked Black Pepper. A  vegan option will also be available comprising Avo Smash with Pickled Fennel, Sliced Radish and Everything Bagel Seasoning, alongside a Cottage Cheese Rye Toast finished with Honey, Everything Bagel Seasoning, Sea Salt, Pickled Red Chilli, Aleppo Chilli Flakes and Omega Seeds, perfect for those looking for something protein-packed. Customers can also mix and match, pairing two different Rye Toasts in one order for a mix of flavours.

The breakfast offering is complemented by a full coffee range from Origin Coffee, the renowned speciality coffee company, spanning lattes, flat whites, cappuccinos, macchiatos and cold brews, alongside a selection of teas from Good + Proper. Refrescas join the range later in the year, with Sparkling Lemon and Ginger, and Peach and Jasmine Iced Tea.

Smoothies and shakes from the main menu, including Club Tropic, Blueberry Fuel and Cacao Power, will join the breakfast line-up, alongside a new smoothie built just for mornings, The Up + Atis. Packed with raspberries, strawberries, vanilla whey, kefir, oats, dragonfruit, dates, coconut milk and a coconut yoghurt swirl, designed to fuel the day ahead.

To celebrate the launch, customers can also get their hands on the limited-time atis stacks bundle, a coffee with two Rye Toasts or a yoghurt pot, for £7.

Phil Honer, co-founder of atis, comments: “This is a huge moment for us, we are finally able to offer our customers even more as we push into breakfast for the first time. This year has been all about putting our customers first, giving them the best and most complete experience we possibly can. We want atis to be the first thing people think of, whether that’s breakfast, lunch or dinner, and expanding into new dayparts is a massive part of making that happen. The menu is incredible, and caters for such a wide variety of needs. We can’t wait for people to try it.”
