atis announces a new menu partnership with Wahaca and its co-founder – chef, author and sustainable food pioneer Thomasina Miers. The collaboration brings together feel-good food, vibrant seasonal ingredients, and a shared commitment to conscious, flavour-led dining.

The limited edition Wahaca x atis plate, The Wahaca Mexicana, lands on the atis menu Monday 9th June. It’s a vibrant, veg-packed dish inspired by the flavours of Oaxaca and the rhythm of modern London.

As co-founder of Wahaca and a leading authority on Mexican cuisine, Miers brings years of exploration, cooking, and deep-rooted flavour knowledge to the atis kitchen. Expect smoky Mojo chicken, chipotle lime dressing, and Tommi’s Mexican chopped salad layered with baby spinach, pink slaw, and spring onion with coriander, all served with Blanco Niño chipotle tortillas for the perfect crunch. It’s bright, textured and built to nourish – with a planet-friendly impact.

For both brands, The Wahaca Mexicana is more than just a new menu drop – it’s a celebration of creativity, bold flavour and purpose, designed to spotlight veg-packed, seasonal eating. Served with a fresh mixed salad and flavourful side pot, it’s a well-rounded, feel-good meal made to energise.

Commenting on the partnership, atis co-founder Eleanor Warder, said: “As a brand that shares our commitment to bold flavours, sustainable practices and celebrating seasonality, Wahaca is a natural fit for atis. The Wahaca Mexicana plate brings together the strengths of both brands, combining vibrant, veg-packed ingredients with purpose-led thinking.”

Co-founder of Wahaca, Thomasina Miers comments: “Teaming up with atis has been so much fun – the Wahaca Mexicana brings the bold, vibrant spirit of Mexican flavours to the streets of London with full summer energy. The recipe is brimming with exciting tastes, beautiful colour and good proteins for all the right sunny vibes.”

Rooted in sustainability and crafted with care, this partnership brings together two brands with a passion for food that not only tastes good, but does good, from sourcing to serving.

Available from 9th June across all atis sites.
