Belvoir Farm expands alcohol-free mocktail portfolio with trending Hugo Spritz launch ahead of summer

Belvoir Farm Belvoir Farm is bringing a brand new sparkle to its alcohol-free Mocktail selection set to capitalise on the fast-growing no and low alternatives category, with the launch of its Hugo Spritz mocktail – rolling out into Sainsbury’s from 8th March and Waitrose & Partners from 19th April 2026.

Inspired by the classic Elderflower & Sparkling Wine cocktail, the new ready-to-drink SKU taps directly into the continued premiumisation of the no and low category and the rapid rise of the Hugo Spritz serve.

The launch follows significant growth in the trend with serves skyrocketing amongst hospitality with a soaring +300% increase within Greene King pubs alone. The drink is widely tipped as the spritz set to rival Aperol as the flavour of the summer making the no-alcohol launch a timely and innovative introduction to the soft drinks market.

Belvoir Farm’s Hugo Spritz is crafted using its iconic handpicked elderflowers from the brand’s family farm, blended with sparkling white grape, lemon juice, botanical extracts and garden mint. The result is a premium, alcohol-free sparkling serve that delivers on flavour while remaining low calorie and free from artificial ingredients.

The launch follows Belvoir’s dedication and commitment to changing soft drink offerings, ensuring there is no compromise on taste, having announced they are Alcohol Change UK’s Official Mocktail Partner for 2026 earlier this year.

Charlotte Rogers, senior brand manager at Belvoir Farm, says: “The Hugo Spritz is fast becoming one of the UK’s most exciting drinks trends, and as the nations’ favourite Mocktail brand we set out to capture its crisp, refreshing character – without the alcohol. Made with our handpicked elderflowers, this beautifully balanced spritz feels effortlessly premium and perfect for any occasion.”

The launch strengthens Belvoir Farm’s position within the premium soft drinks category and provides retailers with a timely NPD opportunity designed to drive incremental sales within alcohol-free and adult soft drink fixtures ahead of peak summer trading. The SKU will sit within Belvoir’s already existing and popular Mocktail range alongside UKs #1 branded mocktail Lime & Yuzu Mojito flavour as well as Peach Bellini and Raspberry Margarita.

Belvoir Farm’s Hugo Spritz (750ml, RRP £3.50) launches in Sainsbury’s from 8th March and Waitrose from 19th April 2026.
