bp today announces that it has signed a five-year contract renewal with UK forecourt operator, Frasers. This contract renewal is the latest phase of a long-standing relationship between the two companies. The agreement will see bp continue to supply fuel and support across all five of Frasers’ sites.
The contract extends the partnership for an additional five years, and covers sites at Brize Norton, Marlborough, Three Mile Cross, Witney and Yarnton, where 165 employees serve thousands of customers each week. Each site hosts a Budgens convenience store alongside popular food-to-go brands including Subway, Costa, and bp’s own wildbean cafe micro-market, bringing bp’s award-winning food and beverage concept to each location.
In addition to fuel and convenience, the forecourts offer a wide range of services and amenities, including covered jet wash centres, car washes, air and vacuum facilities, as well as INPOST, Amazon and EVRI parcel lockers.
Frasers Group has a strong track record of excellence, having won three national Forecourt Trader Awards, multiple regional Forecourt Trader Awards, and two Retail Industry Awards for Best Forecourt.
Nick Fraser, co-owner at Frasers, comments: “We’re very pleased to be signing with bp for another five years. Customer service comes first in all that we do, and we believe that in renewing our contract with the bp brand, we will continue to deliver a great forecourt and convenience experience for our customers.”
Natalie Cattermole, UK dealer senior manager at bp, said: “Frasers has built an impressive reputation for quality and innovation across its forecourts, and we’re proud to continue supporting that growth. This renewed agreement reflects the strength of our partnership and our shared ambition to deliver excellent fuel, convenience, and food-to-go offers to customers across the Southwest. We look forward to building on this success over the next five years.”
