As the leaves turn golden and Halloween fast approaches, Gail’s Bakery has added a number of seasonal spooky treats to its autumn menu as well as the return of its limited-edition hand-iced, mixed spice Skeleton Biscuits.
SKELETON BISCUIT – Carefully hand-iced in the bakery, the skeleton shaped biscuit is a much-loved Halloween favourite and is seasoned with mixed spice and cinnamon, £3.
DELICA PUMPKIN & FARRO SOUP – Crafted in partnership with Natoora, The soup is made with rich Delica pumpkin from Mantua in northern Italy with Italian tomatoes and Farro and can be enjoyed with one of GAIL’s four new loaves, all of which have a variety of regenerative grains, which are available to consumers across bakeries around the UK, £6.
APPLE & SESAME BUTTER CAKE – Freshly baked throughout the day, the spiced cake is topped with seasonally changing sliced apple from Natoora, and is finished with a tahini sauce, £4.20.
