Frasers Plus Designer Outlet Swindon has secured leading pan-Asian quick-service restaurant Chopstix, marking another significant signing as the destination continues to strengthen its occupier mix and evolve its food and beverage offer.

The signing supports Frasers Plus Designer Outlet Swindon’s strategy to create a balanced occupier mix. The addition of Chopstix strengthens the destination’s food and beverage offer while encouraging longer customer visits.

One of the UK’s fastest-growing quick-service restaurant brands, Chopstix continues to expand across major retail, leisure and travel destinations, targeting locations with strong footfall, regional catchments and complementary occupier mix. Its decision to open at Frasers Plus Designer Outlet Swindon reflects the destination’s ability to attract recognised national brands seeking well-connected locations with a strong and established retail proposition.

Strategically located on the M4 corridor and serving customers from across the South West and beyond, Frasers Plus Designer Outlet Swindon is home to more than 90 designer and high-street brands. The arrival of Chopstix further reinforces the destination’s carefully curated tenant mix, combining premium retail with complementary food and beverage operators to support longer visits and enhance the overall customer proposition.

Nicky Lovell, head of outlets and retail business development at Global Mutual, said: “As we continue to evolve the destination, our focus remains on securing brands that strengthen key categories, complement our existing brand mix and respond to changing customer expectations. A strong food and beverage offer is increasingly in supporting longer visitor dwell times and creating a destination that meets the needs of both retailers and customers. Chopstix is another excellent example of our long-term leasing strategy at Frasers Plus Designer Outlet Swindon.”

Gareth Brannigan, head of new store openings at Chopstix, said: “We’re excited to be bringing Chopstix to Frasers Plus Designer Outlet Swindon and introducing our fresh pan-Asian menu to even more customers. The destination’s strong regional catchment, established retail offer and reputation as a leading outlet shopping destination made it an attractive location for our continued expansion, and we’re looking forward to welcoming visitors.”
