Clare Balding launches Unconditional Love dog grooming range exclusively at Pets at Home

Pets at Home, the UK’s leading pet care brand, yesterday welcomed Unconditional Love by Clare Balding to stores nationwide, giving pet owners exclusive access to a new range of thoughtfully formulated dog grooming products.

Founded by award-winning author, broadcaster and lifelong animal-welfare advocate Clare Balding, Unconditional Love has been created to make caring for dogs simpler, gentler and more enjoyable. Developed alongside a team of experts, every product has been designed around the needs of dogs’ skin, coats and sensitive sense of smell.

The range includes everyday washes, conditioning shampoos and no-rinse sprays, with products suitable for dogs and puppies from six weeks old. Its low-foam formulations are designed to cleanse gently, while TechNOdour® technology neutralises unwanted odours rather than simply masking them, allowing lower levels of fragrance to be used. The products are also vegan, cruelty-free and free from sulphates and parabens.

Products launched at Pets at Home include:

  • Essential Dog Wash – Mint & Eucalyptus, 400ml (£12.00), an everyday two-in-one shampoo and conditioner enriched with Pro-Vitamin B5
  • Essential Puppy Wash – Almond & Vanilla, 400ml (£12.00), made with sage and chamomile extracts for delicate puppy coats
  • Relaxing Shampoo – Raspberry & Coconut, 400ml (£12.00), containing oat and chamomile extracts
  • Deodorising Spray – Bergamot & Neroli, 250ml (£9.00), a no-rinse spray for keeping coats fresh between washes
  • No Rinse Shampoo Spray – Apple & Nectarine, 250ml (£9.00), enriched with vitamins and aloe vera
  • Relaxing Spray – Lavender & Vanilla, 250ml (£9.00), designed for use on dogs and around the home

Clare Balding, founder of Unconditional Love, said: “I’m so pleased to be working with Pets at Home, where the team is very discerning about the products it displays and promotes. They know that Unconditional Love is a quality range, designed and formulated to be kind as well as effective. Dogs will appreciate the difference.”

Arch Turner, co-founder of Unconditional Love, added: “Clare has always put dogs first, and that’s how we built this brand. Every product is designed around a dog’s skin and senses, not ours. After 18 months of work, it’s brilliant to finally see Unconditional Love making its way into people’s homes.”

The range has been available since yesterday in Pets at Home stores nationwide and online.
