Clearhill celebrates record Q4 performance as Fun Gifting programmes drive retail success across major shopping centres

Clearhill, trusted by shopping centres and retail destinations across the UK and Ireland, reported a strong Q4 trading performance for its Fun Gifting programmes, delivering measurable results for major retail partners during the peak Christmas season.

With strong demand for gift cards continuing to drive seasonal spending, Clearhill’s managed gift card solutions enabled major retail destinations to maximise seasonal revenue, streamline operations, and enhance customer experience during the busiest trading period of the year.
Across its Irish portfolio, Clearhill recorded exceptional levels of gift card sales during Q4, driven by increased consumer demand and expanded programme rollout.
Throughout 2025, Clearhill expanded its Fun Gifting programmes across several high-profile retail destinations, including Blanchardstown Centre, Dundrum Town Centre, Meadowhall and Swords Pavilions. Each partnership highlights the company’s ability to deliver fully managed gift card programmes at scale, tailored to the needs of individual centres and their retailers.
The launch of the new programme at Blanchardstown Centre demonstrated the value of Clearhill’s approach to gift card retail. The partnership introduced a modernised gift card solution designed to simplify purchasing for customers while giving the centre enhanced reporting, operational support, and new marketing opportunities.
Similarly, Dundrum Town Centre selected Clearhill as its gift card partner to deliver a comprehensive gift card programme combining digital capabilities, in-centre kiosks, and an enhanced online purchasing experience. The programme provides Dundrum with greater flexibility in how gift cards are sold and managed, driving increased engagement with both shoppers and corporate customers.
The Meadowhall programme saw significant growth in gift card sales, with over one million gift cards loaded. This success was supported by customised terms and conditions, alongside tailored messaging and seasonal on-screen marketing.
At Swords Pavilions, Clearhill implemented a tailored Fun Gifting programme designed to optimise accessibility for customers while ensuring the centre’s team benefits from streamlined operations and expert account management.
Across these and other partner locations, Clearhill supported record levels of gift card activity during the 2025 peak trading season. The company printed nearly 500,000 gift cards during the year, alongside significant growth in both sales and programme adoption. In 2025, gift card sales increased by 510%, while the number of cards issued rose by approximately 330%, highlighting accelerating demand across partner destinations.
Behind the scenes, Clearhill has continued to invest in the technology and services that underpin its managed solutions, with a strong focus on delivering measurable value for its partners. Enhancements delivered during the year included a mobile-optimised web shop, upgrades to the corporate ordering portal, improved kiosk functionality, and a strengthened account management team dedicated to supporting each retail destination.
This partner-centric approach is further reinforced through data-driven insights into kiosk placement and customer behaviour, enabling each programme to be optimised for its specific environment. Combined with personalised account management and ongoing operational support, these improvements ensure partners can maximise performance while reducing internal resource requirements.
Operational improvements have also played a key role in the company’s success, with streamlined processes and enhanced training resources helping partner centres maximise programme performance while reducing operational burden.
