COOK! Located in Manchester, COOK! with the Vegetarian Society, the city’s leading cookery school for vibrant vegan, vegetarian and plant-based cuisine, is kicking off 2026 with an exclusive 20% discount on all full- and half-day classes booked between 1 January and 31 January 2026.

The limited-time offer is part of COOK!’s celebration of Veganuary – the global movement encouraging people to explore plant-based eating throughout the month of January. With demand for plant-focused cooking on the rise, the school aims to inspire newcomers and seasoned cooks alike to expand their skills and discover just how delicious and exciting plant-based food can be.

COOK! is an innovative culinary venue offering a dynamic range of hands-on workshops, themed cookery sessions, supper clubs, and immersive full-day and half-day experiences. From mastering everyday essentials to diving into world street-food culture, each class is designed to be welcoming, accessible, and packed with flavour.

Among the popular courses included in the January promotion are:

  • Kick Start Korean
  • Japanese Street Food
  • Trending Tofu
  • Vietnamese and Thai – Oh My!
  • The Power of Pulses
  • Quick Plant-Powered Protein
  • Valentine’s Brunch Club

With Veganuary inspiring thousands to try plant-based eating each year, COOK! hopes this initiative will empower more people to bring creative, nutritious, and sustainable dishes into their home kitchens.
