Deliveroo partners with Healf as it expands further into health & wellness

DeliverooDeliveroo has announced a new partnership with Healf, one of the UK’s fastest-growing wellbeing companies. The partnership is set to support the retailer with its ambitious target of reaching $100M in revenue by the end of 2025.

The move marks Healf’s entry into on-demand delivery, giving Deliveroo customers across London the ability to order from a range of premium brands specialising in holistic health and wellbeing in as little as 20 minutes. From brands such as Artah, Ancient + Brave, Bare Biology, and Form Nutrition, customers will be able to buy world-leading wellbeing products across Healf’s 4 pillars – EAT MOVE MIND SLEEP.

Having recently closed a fundraising round, Healf has its sights set on continued growth in the UK through its expansion into on-demand with Deliveroo. The new partnership will enable Healf to reach new and existing customers through an additional channel, tapping into Deliveroo’s seven million average active monthly users.

The company joins a growing roster of health and wellness retailers opting to use Deliveroo, as the platform continues to build an industry-leading selection. Since 2024 Deliveroo has seen promising growth in this category, with +238% growth YoY in the sale of Vitamins and Supplements, and +180% growth YoY of Personal Care items***.

Suzy McClintock, VP of new verticals at Deliveroo, said: “We’re excited to welcome one of the fastest-growing wellbeing brands in the UK onto the platform as we continue to expand our health and wellness offering. Deliveroo’s partnership with Healf means their carefully curated menu of high-quality products are available to more people, at a faster rate than ever before.”

Sam Baldwin, business to business lead at Healf: “At Healf, our mission has always been to empower wellbeing through providing access to the best brands in the world. With our ambitious targets of reaching $100M in revenue by the end of 2025, partnering with Deliveroo is an exciting step in our growth journey, helping us scale our impact and bring our carefully curated range to more customers, with faster fulfilment.”

Healf, dedicated to becoming the country’s go-to destination for wellbeing, has opted to utilise Deliveroo’s new virtual store concept which successfully launched earlier this year with Ann Summers and Maplin Electronics. Virtual stores allow retailers to create fully-branded virtual storefronts within the Deliveroo app to offer customers an elevated consumer experience. Meanwhile, all products will be housed and delivered from Deliveroo HOP stores, offering rapid deliveries. The customer experience is designed to feel like they are ordering directly from the Healf brand, even though the order is fulfilled by Deliveroo’s HOP sites.

Brands using the virtual store format benefit from enhanced discoverability on the app and an improved customer experience through tailored shopping journeys that reflect each brand’s unique identity. Furthermore, this integration with Deliveroo HOP enables retailers to maintain seven day a week availability, allowing them to extend their operational hours beyond those of their physical locations.
