A newly relocated GO Outdoors store opened this week, with English footballing legend David Seaman hosting a grand opening event on 8th March.
The new store will be officially opened by the England goalkeeping legend at 9 am, and Store Manager James Pollitt will be on hand to greet the first 200 customers through the doors with a free goody bag. One of the goodie bags will include a golden ticket for a £1000 adventure pack courtesy of Thule!
Visitors will also be able to meet Equestrian influencer Demir Topcu, take part in Vango’s ‘Air Beam Challenge’ and have their Yeti purchases engraved for free.
The new store has ample free customer parking and will stock a wide range of unbeatable brands, such as Rab, OEX, and Berghaus, as well as trusted brands like Peter Storm, Hi-Gear, and Brasher.
The store also features a brand new Naylors concession as well as a Fishing Republic and Bike 365 concession to equip equestrian, cycling and fishing enthusiasts alike.
The 52,000+ ft store offers services such as boot and rucksack fitting, as well as collection and drop-off points for parcels from online orders, Evri, UPS and DPD collections.
Store Manager James Pollitt comments: “We are extremely excited and proud to open Basingstoke’s new GO Outdoors.
“We have had a brilliant couple of years at GO, as more and more people are reaping the benefits of the outdoors for their physical and mental well-being, and this expansion is the outcome of that success.
“We’re looking forward to offering more customers our unbeatable range of outdoor clothing, footwear and equipment whilst also supporting local communities and offering jobs in Basingstoke.”
GO Outdoors Basingstoke’s address is Basing View, Basingstoke RG21 4BF.
