As summer gives way to crisp mornings and cosy moments, Costa Coffee, the Nation’s Favourite Coffee Shop, is helping customers embrace the return of Autumn rituals with the launch of its new menu, available in stores nationwide from Thursday 27th August 2026.

From the highly anticipated return of fan-favourite Maple Hazel – including the brand-new Maple Hazel Iced Matcha Latte, to hearty new toasties and indulgent sweet treats – the range is packed with comforting flavours designed to help customers savour every Autumn moment. What’s more, a limited-edition merchandise collection is launching, perfect for those enjoying their favourite coffee on the go.

Maple Hazel returns with a NEW addition

At the heart of this year’s range is Costa Coffee’s signature Autumn flavour – Maple Hazel – loved for its rich blend of roasted hazelnut and sweet maple notes. New for 2026 is the Maple Hazel Iced Matcha Latte, crafted with pure matcha green tea, roasted hazelnut flavour syrup, luxurious maple sauce and chilled milk, served over ice for a smooth and indulgent sip. The Maple Hazel Latte, Iced Latte, Hot Chocolate and Frappe also return, offering customers the perfect way to enjoy their Autumn ritual.

For those on-the-move, the Maple Hazel range (Latte, Iced Latte and Hot Chocolate) will also be available from Costa Express machines nationwide, while Costa Coffee’s Barista Creations Maple Hazel Latte Sachets, bring the flavour of the season into homes across the UK – available in selected supermarkets. And those flying with Jet2 this Autumn can experience the taste of Maple Hazel in the skies, with specially crafted Maple Hazel Latte Sachets launching onboard from 1 September.

Also joining the in-store menu is the new Pure Chamomile Infusion, a soothing herbal tea crafted with pure chamomile flowers, perfect for moments of calm throughout the day.

Comforting lunch favourites arrive for Autumn

For customers looking to enjoy a warming lunch as the season changes, Costa Coffee is introducing two delicious new toasties.  The Philly Cheesesteak Toastie combines pulled beef brisket, roasted peppers, mature Cheddar and Regato cheese in a Tuscan-style flatbread, delivering a hearty and flavour-packed lunchtime option.

Also joining the menu is the delicious Four Cheese Toastie, featuring Red Leicester, mozzarella, mature Cheddar and Emmental cheese, complemented with American-style mustard and served on cheese-topped white bread.

Indulge in returning seasonal sweet treats

Costa Coffee’s sweet range is also getting a seasonal refresh, with the return of several much-loved items. Back by popular demand is the Dubai Style Pistachio Tiffin, featuring layers of dark and milk chocolate tiffin with digestive biscuits and dried kataifi, topped with white chocolate, pistachio paste and a tasty pistachio drizzle.

Chocolate lovers can enjoy the return of the Chocolate & Salted Caramel Cake, with layered chocolate sponge, salted caramel and chocolate frosting, finished with dark chocolate shavings, fudge pieces and a caramel drizzle.

The seasonal line-up also includes the Sticky Pecan Mini Loaf, a caramel cake packed with pecan pieces, sticky toffee sauce and topped with praline pecans, alongside the plant-based Gingernut Loaf Cake – a sticky ginger sponge, sweet ginger frosting and crumbled gingernut biscuits. Adding a playful seasonal touch is the Iced Ghost Gingerbread Biscuit, a gingerbread biscuit hand-decorated with colourful fondant icing.

Nishant Bhatia, global food & beverage director at Costa Coffee, said: “Autumn is a season where many of us return to familiar rituals that bring comfort to our day. Our Maple Hazel range has become a much-loved part of that seasonal tradition for many customers, and we’re excited to welcome it back alongside our brand-new Maple Hazel Iced Matcha Latte. Whether you’re rediscovering a favourite seasonal sip, trying one of our new toasties, or simply taking a moment for yourself, our Autumn menu has something for everyone looking to make the most of those everyday Autumn moments.”

Fall in love with Costa Coffee’s new merchandise collection

To celebrate the return of Maple Hazel, Costa Coffee is also launching a new seasonal merchandise range, inspired by the warm tones of Autumn. The collection includes two sleek reusable brown cups in 13oz and 16oz sizes, alongside two adorable plushie characters, Grillbert and Hazel. For dedicated Maple Hazel fans, there’s also a brand-new Maple Hazel keyring, designed to bring a touch of the fall favourite wherever you go.

Costa Coffee’s Autumn menu will be available in stores nationwide from Thursday 27th August 2026. To find your nearest store, visit: https://www.costa.co.uk/locations/store-locator/map
