This January, Fearne & Rosie, the UK’s fastest growing jam brand, will be adding a brand new ‘Seedless’ range to its successful product portfolio. Available in two flavours; Raspberry Seedless Preserve and Strawberry Seedless Preserve, it’s the first reduced sugar seedless range of its kind. Launching on Ocado.com and Fearneandrosie.co.uk from the end of Jan (RRP: £3.50 / 310g jar), the NPD will also be available to independents via wholesalers from next month.
Boasting the same delicious taste, just super smooth, both flavours are bursting with 70% fruit, (packed with 51 juicy raspberries and 31 juicy strawberries), and contain a whopping 40% less sugar than standard jams. Made with all natural ingredients and absolutely no seeds, the no added concentrate seedless preserves are pitched as perfect for stirring into porridge, smoothing over warm buttered toast or spooned into yogurt and sprinkled with granola. True to Fearne & Rosie
from, they are vegan-friendly and offer a healthier and tastier addition to breakfast, lunch, or snack time.
Rachel Kettlewell, Founder of Fearne & Rosie says: “Launching our new seedless jam range feels like a natural next step for the brand. With no added concentrate and no seeds, we’ve taken two of our flavour favourites and made them seedless, while keeping everything else our customers know and love exactly the same. The seed debate can divide opinion, so we thought it was time to make sure there was something for everyone. Seedless is 14% of the category and we’re excited to provide a fruit filled, lower sugar option for consumers. As a brand, we are focused on continuing to bring energy and excitement to the category by offering delicious, ‘better-for-you’ choices, and the ‘Seedless’ launch presents an exciting range extension opportunity for us.”
Fearne & Rosie was launched to market by teacher turned entrepreneur Rachel Kettlewell in November 2019 with the aim of providing the nation with delicious, fun and healthier food choices and drastically reducing the amount of sugar in spreads. It’s now the fastest growing Jam brand in the UK (+350% growth for both value and volume, year-on-year).
Along with spreading goodness through its range of healthier jams, Fearne & Rosie is also proud to be B Corp certified, to be working with schools to provide resources that support food education and to be donating a minimum of 2% of all revenue to charitable causes, including its corporate partner Children in Need and FareShare.
