FLOWERBX partners with objectsource to revolutionise subscriptions with Ordergroove

Luxury floral delivery service FLOWERBX has successfully transformed its subscription offering, partnering with objectsource to implement Ordergroove, a leading subscription management solution.
FLOWERBX faced challenges with an outdated and inflexible legacy system, hindering its ability to effectively manage and scale its subscription business. By implementing Ordergroove, FLOWERBX has significantly improved customer experience, streamlined operations and gained valuable data insights.
Customers can now easily manage their subscriptions independently, leading to a 38% reduction in subscription-related customer service enquiries. The more intuitive and user-friendly subscription journey has driven a 58% increase in customer engagement. Furthermore, access to valuable data on customer behaviour and subscription trends enables FLOWERBX to refine its strategies and optimise performance.
Jessica Kirk, head of e-commerce at FLOWERBX, said: “Since introducing Ordergroove, we’ve seen incredible growth in engagement with our subscriptions – page views jumped by 52%, and customer journeys are much smoother. The flexibility to promote subscriptions across the site is a major win, as it ensures our customers can see it wherever they navigate. The ability for customers to manage their own subscriptions has also been transformative for us. objectsource guided us through this process with such expertise and efficiency – it felt like they were part of our team.”
