Artisan bakery GAIL’s has announced the launch of the bakeries’ first digital loyalty programme. The digital programme will launch on 11th April and customers will be able to access the loyalty platform through downloading the new GAIL’s app. The bakery will have QR codes available in bakeries where customers can scan to download the app.
The first GAIL’s opened in London’s Hampstead High Street in 2005 and in 2022, the multi-award winning bakery celebrated the opening of the 100th location. In early 2023, the bakery announced its expansion into the North West of the UK, demonstrating the brands commitment to making world-class, craft baking a part of every neighbourhood. This is done with quality, community, and sustainability at the heart.
The launch of digital loyalty programme at GAIL’s follows other recent steps including the launch of the collect offering, through to the expansion of delivery services with Deliveroo and Just Eat. Through the loyalty programme, customers will gain one digital stamp per visit on their app, or two stamps if they spend over £20.00. On reaching nine digital stamps, customers will be able to choose from a loaf of bread or a barista made drink, from Iced Coffees to Flat Whites.
Customers can expect to see rewards on the programme including:
- – A barista made drink when a customer signs up
- – A barista-made drink or a loaf of bread on GAIL’s with each full digital stamp card
- – A sweet treat during the customer’s birthday month
- – Personalised offers and rewards
- – First-to-know alerts about new product launches and exclusive events
“We’re excited to launch the GAIL’S Digital Loyalty Programme this spring. We have been searching for ways to reward our customers digitally by giving them unexpected delights and treats that are specifically tailored to their preferences. The launch of the loyalty programme is in response to how people now are looking to interact with the bakery, our baked goods and drinks,” said Marta Pogroszewska managing director of GAIL’S Bakery.
