GO Outdoors collaborates with My Carry Potty to launch new collection

With a shared passion for time outdoors, GO Outdoors and My Carry Potty have partnered to launch a new product range designed to inspire and educate parents on the importance of outdoor play for young children.

As conversations around children’s screen time continue to make headlines, most recently highlighted by The Princess of Wales’ comments on the value of outdoor exploration for child development, this partnership comes at a crucial time. Together, GO Outdoors and My Carry Potty aim to help parents encourage a healthy balance between time spent indoors and out, creating products that make outdoor adventures with little ones fun, easy and stress-free.

The collaboration marks the first time a retailer has partnered with a children’s expert to create a bespoke range catering specifically for preschoolers and neurodiversity.

Founded by parenting expert Amanda Jenner, My Carry Potty is a global success, stocked in over 30 countries and loved by parents worldwide. Its award-winning designs have been featured widely across media, most recently when Molly-Mae Hague’s daughter Bambi was pictured using the brand’s signature product.

Now, the partnership with GO Outdoors brings a new dimension to the My Carry Potty universe, with a range of adventure-ready accessories and character-led designs that make outdoor potty training, play, and exploration that little bit easier.

Bringing four well-loved potty characters to life, the range includes a host of colourful, animal themed products that parents, caregivers and children will love to collect, featuring matching water bottles, thermo bottles, backpacks, lunchboxes, play shades and sleeping bags.

Joe Hill, brand and content manager, at GO Outdoors, comments: “We are incredibly passionate about promoting the benefits of time outdoors for our wellbeing, and this is especially important for young children. It’s therefore incredible to be partnering with My Carry Potty and their founder, Amanda Jenner, on this collaboration, who is equally as passionate on the subject. Spending time outdoors is essential for young children’s development, and Amanda’s expertise in supporting families, as well as her understanding of children’s needs, make her the perfect person to help bring this range to life.”

Joe continues: “We simply adore the characters and think parents, caregivers and children will resonate well with both the way the products look and the functionality behind them, and of course the added benefits of encouraging explorative play.”

Amanda Jenner is a mother of 3 children and one of the UK’s leading child and behaviour experts. She is the founder of My Carry Potty and Potty Training Academy, where she works closely with families to offer support and guidance on early childhood development. As a trusted voice, Amanda has featured on ITV’s This Morning, BBC’s The One Show, 5Live with Eamon Holmes, BBC2 Simon Mayo, The Independent, The Times, Huffington Post and The New York Post.

Amanda Jenner, Founder of My Carry Potty, comments: “As a mum and child development expert, I’ve always believed in the importance of children spending time outside. Not just for the physical benefits, but also to help inspire their imagination, boost their confidence and help them build a connection with nature, so working with GO Outdoors on this new range felt like the perfect next step for the brand. We’ve carefully designed these products to make outdoor family adventures more accessible, with a special focus on supporting preschoolers and neurodiverse children.

“As parents, it can be tempting to let kids spend hours tapping away on a tablet or watching television, but prioritising time outdoors is so important. This collection features lunch boxes, drink bottles, play shades and more, all created to help make spending time outdoors much simpler for both kids and parents.”

The new range

On sale now, the GO Outdoors x My Carry Potty range includes designs across 7 products featuring much-loved My Carry Potty characters: Penguin, Pink Dragon, Dinosaur and Clownfish. The products, developed to complement the brand’s iconic potties, are ideal for preschoolers and children with additional needs, encouraging independence, adventure and fun.
