Veg-led food brand, Gosh!, is expanding its Super Plants range with the launch of two new Super Burgers – Thai inspired broccoli and red pepper with ginger and lemongrass which has 18 plant varieties and 8.6g fibre per serving, and Middle Eastern inspired three bean with lemon, garlic and herbs, containing 16 plant varieties and 10.0g fibre per serving.
The launch sees Gosh! expand its Super Plants range into the popular burger format, redefining what a veg-led alternative can be. With 71% of consumers concerned about the health impact of ultra-processed food, Gosh! helps respond to these concerns with burgers made entirely from natural, minimally processed wholefoods that are full of plant diversity. The new addition to the range delivers the full nutritional power and great taste that today’s shoppers actively seek.
With 96% of consumers not eating the recommended 30g of fibre a day and 80% paying more attention to protein in their diet, the new burgers respond to growing demand for everyday nutritious options. Naturally high in plant-based protein and fibre, they also contain the greatest plant diversity of any Gosh! product to date and support the normal functioning of the immune system.
Gosh! has partnered with registered nutritionist, Becca Meadows, and chefs to develop the range, combining cleaner credentials with natural ingredients, whilst supporting both physical and emotional wellbeing. Through the launch Gosh! aims to help people put nutritious and satisfying food on the table with minimal effort.
Both products will land initially in Tesco stores nationwide and online from 21st September 2026, RRP £3.25, with two burgers per pack.
Caroline Hughes, marketing director at Gosh!, says: “Consumers today are driven by more than just taste, they’re looking for food that delivers real value to their health and wellbeing. Following the success of our Super Plants Sausages, we’re bringing that same mindset to our new Super Plants Burgers, creating something that helps people feel their best without compromising on flavour. We’re incredibly excited to bring nutritious, delicious food to more shoppers this September, and we’re confident consumers will love them.”
Becca Meadows, Nutritionist, says “When we developed the Super Burgers, it was important to look beyond individual nutrients like protein or fibre. Balanced nutrition is about getting a range of nutrients from real food, and these burgers deliver meaningful amounts of fibre and plant-based protein alongside an incredible diversity of whole plant ingredients.
“But nutritious food also has to work in real life. We all lead busy lives and need food that’s quick, nutritious and genuinely satisfying. I love that these burgers make it easier to get more nutritional value and plant diversity onto the plate, without making healthy eating feel complicated or inaccessible.”
