Gosh! launches range of indulgent yet healthy plant-based croquettes

Gosh!Veg-led food brand, Gosh! has brought out a range of indulgent yet healthy plant-based croquettes to cater to the growing demand for at-home premium sharing occasions. As the cost of living and rising inflation continue to impact how often people eat out, more consumers are also seeking healthier, more natural, veg-led options with cleaner ingredients lists.

This range marks a first of its kind for the brand, made with higher-end ingredients, while retaining the same health credentials Gosh! is known for, by using 100% plant-based and natural store cupboard ingredients.

Each pack of croquettes comes with its own delicious dip, perfectly paired to complement the flavours of the croquettes and make hosting more convenient. Inspired by flavours from India and Italy, the Bengali-inspired Beetroot Croquettes with a Mango and Nigella Seeds Chutney creates a soft warmth on the palette which is boosted by the sweet chutney, whilst the Cannellini Bean & Mozzarella Croquettes with a Balsamic and Tomato dip contain a mozzarella-style cheese which adds a familiar soft croquette texture and delivers the fresh flavours of Italy.

The new Gosh! croquettes will be available first in Morrisons stores nationwide from 24th May, RRP £3.50.

Caroline Hughes, marketing director at Gosh!, says: “With more people choosing to entertain at home amid ongoing cost-of-living pressures, we saw a clear opportunity to offer something special with our premium, all-natural, and plant-based croquettes. They deliver on every front: a chef-inspired fusion of elevated flavours from India and Italy, designed for a standout at-home sharing occasion. They feel indulgent, yet remain veg-powered and thoughtfully made, so people can enjoy a treat without compromise. And with a delicious dip included in every pack, they make hosting that bit easier.”
