HIDE expands across Tesco with five new products spanning meal deals and snacking

HIDE HIDE, the ambitious ready-to-eat nutrition brand, backed by Scientific Ambassador Dr Rupy Aujla and joined by co-owner Grace Beverley, is set to disrupt supermarket aisles this October with the launch of five new products across Tesco stores exclusively.

HIDE’s new Chicken Shawarma Grain Bowl, available as part of Tesco’s Premium meal deal, launches alongside an exciting new snack range featuring two delicious multipack bites and two convenient snacking trays. Together, the launch aims to make nutritious, ready-to-go food more accessible to consumers across the UK, while bringing a much-needed shake-up to the nation’s snack aisles.

The launch, which sees HIDE expand its presence into more Tesco stores as well as entering the snack category, marks another key milestone in the brand’s mission to make honest and nutritious food more accessible for all.

For too long, convenience has come at a cost, but HIDE is founded upon straightforward principles: food should taste delicious and be made from ingredients you recognise.

Dr Rupy, HIDE’s Scientific Ambassador, explains: “To put it simply, we’re making meals you can eat every day that your body will thank you for,” and that is exactly what HIDE’s new product offering aims to provide.

Upgrade your meal deal: Introducing the new Chicken Shawarma Grain Bowl with Garlic & Herb Dressing and Red Pepper Hummus

Built around whole ingredients, nutrient prioritisation, and more transparency, the new Chicken Shawarma Grain Bowl comes with tender chicken breast on a bed of Shawarma-spiced spelt and chickpeas, with a side of chilli-roasted sweet potato, citrus pickle and spinach. Topped off with a creamy garlic and herb dressing and delicious red pepper hummus.

There are no protein powders, fibre isolates or artificial flavourings. Just real food with nothing to HIDE.

Created by chefs who have cooked at BAO, Jason Atherton and Galvin, to ensure exceptional flavour and nutrition, HIDE’s new meal is built around one brilliantly simple principle: using real, recognisable ingredients you’d find in your own kitchen.

That means using real chicken, real ingredients and proper technique to ensure it hits robust nutritional guardrails”

  • Tender chicken breast, Shawarma-spiced spelt, chickpeas, chilli-roasted sweet potato, citrus pickle, spinach leaves, creamy red pepper hummus and tangy garlic & herb dressing

HIDE takes on the snack aisle with FOUR new nutritious products, launching exclusively at Tesco

Global search demand for “on-the-go healthy snacks” has increased by 556% in the past year, and HIDE’s exciting new additions are set to fill this gap in the market.

These four game-changing snacks are flavour-first and nutrient-focused,  including nothing you wouldn’t find in the kitchen cupboard. That means 100% chicken thigh. No fillers, emulsifiers, preservatives, artificial flavours or artificial colours, just tasty, honest food.

Faraz adds: “Transparency is at the heart of HIDE, yet when it comes to most snack aisles in the UK, you’ll find these principles hard to come by. Too often, consumers are left with no option but to choose snacks with long ingredient lists and unnecessary additives at the cost of convenience. These products are set to provide a much-needed alternative.”
