Hotel Chocolat unveils 2025 Easter collection

Hotel ChocolatNo need to find a hiding spot this year. Hotel Chocolat’s Easter chocolate is made to be seen – and nibbled.

Reimagined for 2025 are the Extra Thick Eggs – lavishly thick-shelled eggs piled high with filled chocolates. From Serious Dark Fix to Exuberantly Fruity, the range includes 8 eggs, each tailored to Hotel Chocolat’s Love Match. We’re excited to unveil the fact that it’s now encased in a brand-new eggshell made entirely from paper pulp, inspired by the shape of a cacao pod.

Cacao is at the heart of the paper sleeve and menu, too – the subtle speckles you’ll see on the paper are, in fact, recycled cacao bean husks. Completely plastic-free, our egg’s new packaging is biodegradable, compostable, and 100% recyclable. Returning fan favourites include the gloriously grand Ostrich Eggs in Classic, Patisserie, and Vegan; Spalt Eggs, a simple chocolate egg with a splat design; The Nice Slice – Easter Edition, smooth hazelnut and almond praline topped with caramel-milk bunnies; and more.

Also returning for 2025 are Hotel Chocolat’s Nibbly Eggs: a take on traditionally smooth Easter eggs, there are five different eggs all with a satisfying textured crunch from granola to delicate caramel éclat and cacao nibs.
