Iceland Foods is continuing to expand its footprint in the Channel Islands with two new Iceland stores opening in Jersey in St Ouen and Broad Street, St Helier this month.
The new stores, the first to open in Jersey under Iceland’s new franchise partnership with Alliance, demonstrate the continued success of the brands growth in the Channel Islands.
Situated on St Ouen and Broad Street, the existing Alliance stores are officially re-opening as Iceland stores to the public on 19th March and 27th March respectively.
The stores will stock Iceland’s popular product ranges, ensuring shoppers in Jersey will be able to get their hands on exclusive brands such as Harry Ramsden, Cathedral City, TGI Fridays and many more – making the Alliance Iceland stores a one-stop shop for customers’ grocery needs.
Justin Addison, Iceland Foods International and Partnerships Director at Iceland Foods, said: “We’re excited to introduce Iceland stores in Jersey for the first time under our new franchise partnership with Alliance with two brand-new Iceland stores.
“Our new franchisee partnership ensures that shoppers in Jersey have access to Iceland’s innovative and affordable range, offering greater convenience and choice. We look forward to welcoming the local community through our doors this March while continuing to strengthen our partnership with Alliance as we continue our growth plans this year.”
Andrew Bagot, Managing Director of Alliance said: “We’re thrilled to be working with Iceland Foods to open these two new stores in Jersey, and bringing its much-loved products to the local community through Alliance. Together, we’re making it easier than ever for households in the Channel Islands to access Iceland’s fantastic range, from exclusive brands to everyday essentials.”
Iceland’s partnership with Alliance – an independent retailer in Jersey and Guernsey – began in November 2024 and has already proven to be a success, launching the first-ever Food
Warehouse outside of the UK in Guernsey at the start of this year.
