Iceland Foods took home a series of gold awards at the UK Quality Food Awards 2024 last week, after being recognised for exceptional quality across multiple product categories.
Celebrating its 45th anniversary, the UK Quality Food Awards are the UK’s longest-running food awards, showcasing the finest food products available to purchase in the country.
At this year’s ceremony in 8 Northumberland Avenue in London, Iceland Foods was awarded:
  • Gold in the ‘Burgers’ category for its Iceland Luxury Aberdeen Angus XL Cheeseburgers
  • Gold in the ‘Meal Accompaniments’ category for its Iceland 2 Pack Ridiculously Crispy Plate Sized Hash Browns
  • Gold in the ‘Poultry’ category for Iceland Hot and Spicy Chicken Ribs
The frozen food retailer also won big at the PAPA Industry Awards hosted at the Royal Lancaster in London on the same night (Thursday 7th November).
Organised by the Pizza, Pasta and Italian Food Association (PAPA), Iceland took home the Frozen Pizza Multiple Retailer Award after its ongoing commitment and performance drove sales and quality standards within the frozen pizza sector.
Paul Dhaliwal, chief commercial officer said: “Taking home multiple gold awards at the Quality Food Awards and being honoured by PAPA on the same night is a huge testament to our commitment to quality and innovation.

“These accolades highlight Iceland’s dedication to providing our customers with high quality, delicious products they can trust and enjoy every day.”
