Leading Scottish convenience retailer Scotmid has been crowned ‘Group Retailer of the Year’ at the Snappy Shopper Group’s Q-Commerce 2025 Summit, held at the Glasgow Science Centre.

Beating out strong competition from retailers across the UK, Scotmid took home the headline award of the evening. The recognition is a testament to Scotmid’s pioneering role in the rapid grocery delivery space, having been one of the first major retailers to partner with Snappy Shopper back in 2019. Since then, the partnership has grown steadily, bringing convenient, on-demand grocery delivery to communities across Scotland.

The award acknowledges Scotmid’s ongoing focus on adapting to changing customer needs and highlights the efforts of store teams who continue to play a vital role in supporting their local areas.
