InstaVoltInstaVolt, the UK’s leading provider of reliable and accessible ultra-rapid electric vehicle (EV) charging, has announced a new partnership with OVO.

This collaboration enhances the charging experience for drivers across the UK by linking InstaVolt’s extensive network of nearly 2,000 rapid chargers to OVO’s unique public charging solution, Charge Anywhere.

Using the OVO Charge app, EV drivers can seamlessly locate and pay for charging sessions on InstaVolt’s network, benefitting from discounted rates through Charge Anywhere’s Boost plans.

The collaboration highlights InstaVolt’s dedication to making EV charging more accessible while strengthening its reputation as the trusted network of choice for drivers and businesses.

With 99.8% reliability and exceptional customer satisfaction, InstaVolt continues to set the standard for ultra-rapid charging across the UK.

Simon Smith, Chief Commercial Officer at InstaVolt, said: “We are thrilled to partner with OVO on Charge Anywhere.

“At InstaVolt, we are always looking to collaborate with forward-thinking organisations that share our vision for an electrified future. This partnership with OVO is part of a broader collaboration, where OVO will utilise our network of chargers to encourage drivers to use the OVO Charge app and benefit from a better public charging experience.

By working with us, OVO is supporting EV drivers with a seamless charging experience. It’s a win-win—benefiting businesses, customers, and the wider push towards sustainable transport.”

With OVO’s Charge Anywhere granting live availability of public chargers, including InstaVolt’s, EV drivers can now plan their journeys with greater ease, enhancing their EV driver experience and convenience.

Customers on Charge Anywhere Boost plans can enjoy up to 15% savings on pay-as-you-go rates, further lowering the cost of sustainable driving.

This collaboration aligns with InstaVolt’s mission to lead the way in sustainable transportation solutions while expanding partnerships that benefit EV drivers.

InstaVolt’s commitment to growth and innovation is exemplified by its newest Superhub, which opened in March. The 44-bay Winchester Superhub features cutting-edge technology, on-site solar panels, battery storage systems and is powered entirely by renewable energy. The site features a Starbucks café and marks InstaVolt’s first location with a dedicated food and beverage outlet.

With plans to increase its network to 11,000 chargers in the UK and Ireland by 2030, InstaVolt continues to deliver on its promise of accessible, rapid, and green energy charging options.
