John Lewis, the UK’s largest department store, will stock the UK’s leading e-bike brand, VOLT from today. The retailer will have four models from VOLT’s award-winning range of e-bikes on its online store, to get even more riders into the saddle.

John Lewis is set to welcome the Pulse, Burlington, Kensington, and Metro e-bikes – a carefully curated selection from VOLT’s award-winning range to ensure there’s a bike to suit every customer’s need.

The Pulse is VOLT’s flagship model, a great all-rounder built to tackle any rider’s needs. The Pulse LS, a step-through version with a frame designed for female riders, will also be stocked by the retailer. The classically styled Kensington, available in baby blue or lavender, sets a new standard for blending high-tech gear with sophisticated style. The Metro is VOLT’s folding e-bike, designed by commuters for commuters. Finally, rounding off the selection, the Burlington’s ability to take riders up to 70 miles on a single charge, makes it the perfect machine for those seeking an e-bike that places comfort and ease at its heart.

VOLT is an independent, British e-bike brand with over a decade’s experience in the market. Its award-winning e-bikes are designed and built in the UK and come with cutting-edge technology and premium components as standard. With VOLT’s industry-leading reputation for outstanding customer service and John Lewis’ household name, both brands’ are committed to improving access to sustainable and active transport for consumers across the UK.

VOLT managing director and co-founder James Metcalfe commented: “John Lewis is an iconic British brand and we’re delighted to see it fully embrace our outstanding range of e-bikes. Together, we can play a significant role in guiding riders across the UK to a happier, healthier, and more sustainable future. “We’re excited to help get more people across the country get in the saddle of a VOLT e-bike and can’t wait to hear from their many happy customers.”

Emilia Hougasian, category lead for sports, John Lewis, said: “Bringing VOLT to our customers made sense, its values and commitment to sustainable lifestyle choices mirrors our own. Adding such a wide variety of VOLT e-bikes to John Lewis helps us showcase a full range of quality cycling options. We’re proud to support independent, British brands like VOLT and look forward to our customers enjoying their award-winning e-bikes.”
