Kallø expands clean-label broth range with new Organic Beef Bone Broth

KalløKallø, the UK’s fastest-growing stock brand1 owned by Ecotone UK, is strengthening its position in the premium broth category with the launch of Kallø Organic Beef Bone Broth.

The third variant in the best-selling range is rolling out into Asda stores nationwide from January 2026 (RRP £3 / 500ml).

Building on the strong performance of Kallø Organic Chicken Bone Broth and Kallø Organic Vegetable Broth in 2025, the new flavour taps growing consumer interest in nutritious clean-label ingredients and scratch-cooking solutions.

Made with 100% organic ingredients, the broth is high in protein and provides a natural source of collagen: offering shoppers a premium, nutrient-dense option at mealtimes. This aligns with growing demand, specifically among younger and affluent consumers looking to improve their health through functional ingredients.

Ready-made liquid stocks continue to drive category growth, gaining +2 value share points from stock cubes. Products offering natural sources of protein and collagen – including Kallø Organic Beef Bone Broth – are well positioned to support this momentum and deliver clear health-led benefits.

Free from artificial flavours, colours, preservatives, and MSG, it provides a versatile and convenient solution for meal options such as soups, sauces and risottos, and can also be enjoyed as a standalone warming drink.

Cynthia Allaglo, Kallø brand manager at Ecotone UK, said: “We know the benefits of liquid stock are far-reaching. They’re fresh, convenient, versatile, and premium – while providing consumers genuine functional health benefits. We’re delighted to broaden our top-selling range with an accessible, high-quality offering that will attract new shoppers.”

Kallø remains the number one organic stock brand in the UK, and is renowned for its high-quality, organic stock products.
