Kallø Kallø, the fastest-growing stock brand1, is extending its portfolio with two new organic broths, developed to meet rising demand for clean-label, minimally processed cooking staples.

The new Organic Chicken Bone Broth and Organic Vegetable Broth are crafted with high-quality organic ingredients.

The Chicken Bone Broth provides 4g of collagen and 2g of protein per carton, appealing to health-conscious consumers seeking functional benefits.

The Vegetable Broth is suitable for vegan diets and delivers flavour through short, recognisable ingredients list.

Both variants are gluten-free and free from MSG, preservatives, and artificial colours or flavours – in line with the brand’s commitment to natural and sustainable food production.

Kallø Organic broths are available in Waitrose stores nationwide (£3.00 RRP).

Alongside a wholefood nutritional profile, the products offer a rich, full-bodied flavour, delivering the convenience consumers seek without compromising the taste of a carefully homecooked meal.

Available in a handy resealable carton, the broths offer versatility as a cooking base for soups, ramens and sources, as well as a savoury drink.

Cynthia Allaglo, Kallø brand manager, says: “At Kallø, we’re committed to helping shoppers cook with confidence, ease and trust. We crafted our latest product to meet the need for convenience without compromise, which we know is on the rise with ready-made stocks are gaining penetration3 – particularly among younger shoppers and busy families.

“Within the stocks category, consumers are calling for simplification. Awareness of ultra-processed foods is higher than ever, and consumers are rightly scrutinising what goes into their bodies. At Kallø, we’re well placed to build on the rise with an ingredients list that is both organic and kept as short as possible.”

The launch comes at a consistent growth period for Kallø, with value sales up 7.4% on last year, and volume at 9.4%2.

As the brand continues to build momentum in the ambient category, the broths reinforce its positioning as a go-to for natural, high-quality stock products.
