LOOKFANTASTICThis September, LOOKFANTASTIC is bringing its AW26 New Season campaign to life through The Fresh Cycle, an immersive, one-day customer experience in London on Thursday 3 September.

Transforming the familiar laundrette into a destination for beauty discovery, The Fresh Cycle puts a playful spin on wash-day rituals, inviting consumers to “wash away” last season and refresh their beauty routines for the new season.

The experience has been designed to drive product discovery and personalised recommendations, with interactive stations including:

Beauty Wash Cycle – personalised recommendations to help customers build their new-season routine

The Scent Booster – a fragrance-matching experience to identify a signature scent

Beauty Habit Swap – encouraging consumers to rethink their existing routines and discover new favourites

Beauty Detergent Dispenser – a pick-and-mix station featuring LOOKFANTASTIC favourites, available for £15 per person

Wash & Wear Cycle – a hero installation bringing the campaign concept to life

The activation forms part of LOOKFANTASTIC’s wider AW26 New Season campaign, using experiential retail to connect consumers with emerging trends, new products and expert-led beauty recommendations in a relevant and memorable way.

The Fresh Cycle
