Benefit Beauty SchoolThink less “Beauty School Dropout” and more beauty school glow-up!

Calling all Pink Ladies, Beauty School Drop-Ins and Rydell rule-breakers: this summer, Benefit Cosmetics is stepping into the spotlight with a brand-new partnership with Secret Cinema’s Grease: The Immersive Movie Musical — bringing a beauty twist to the smash hit immersive production     in true Benefit style.

Opening on 22 July 2026, the collaboration marks a first-of-its-kind partnership for Benefit and Secret Cinema: a live, experiential beauty destination designed to integrate seamlessly into the world of Grease. It celebrates Benefit’s signature irreverence, product innovation, and playful approach to self-expression, inspired by the iconic movie musical. This is set to be the hottest stop in Rydell.

Benefit’s Beauty School is created with all the sparkle and feel-good fun you’d expect from Benefit. The activation invites guests to step into a playful Pink Ladies-ready world of beauty touch-ups and iconic photo opportunities. Audience members can discover a curated edit of the UK’s #1 Prestige Products from bestselling categories — including BADgal BANG! Mascara, Hoola Bronzer, Benetint and Precisely, My Brow Pencil.

Building on the success of The POREfessional Foundation, Benefit will also debut its NEW complexion launch, The POREfessional Concealer. Audience members will have the opportunity to discover the new concealer ahead of the wider beauty conversation and be among the first to experience Benefit’s latest innovation before its nationwide launch at Benefit counters on 29 July 2026. Expect beauty touch-up stations and an immersive theatrical experience that allows guests to fully inhabit the mood and aesthetic of the production. The experience also features interactive moments that nod to the glamour, confidence and camaraderie of the Pink Ladies.

Guests can enjoy beauty discovery through playful interactive games, including the “Beauty School Drop” Plinko game, where they can win complimentary samples and exclusive gifts.

PLUS, guests can access exclusive retail offers redeemable at Boots x Benefit counters. Guests can receive £10 off The POREfessional Foundation when purchasing The POREfessional Concealer. Those who download the Benefit Loves app at the pop-up will also be entered for the chance to win over £500 worth of Benefit products.

From Frenchy-inspired brows to Sandy-style tints and Rizzo-level lashes, discover the UK’s cult-favourite beauty products, all packed with main-character energy. Benefit’s Beauty School is where the magic happens.

Sarah Harbon, regional general manager EMEA at Benefit Cosmetics, said: “This partnership is a perfect match for Benefit because it brings together two worlds that are all about fun, self-expression and feel-good transformation. We loved the idea of taking the iconic ‘Beauty School’ reference from Grease and turning it into something completely immersive, playful and unmistakably Benefit. From our bestselling beauty favourites to the debut of the NEW POREfessional Concealer, we wanted to create an experience that makes everyone feel like the star of Rydell High and provide exclusive experiences for our customers.”

Merritt Baer, artistic director & producer at Secret Cinema, said: “Our productions are designed to invite audiences into richly detailed worlds, and this collaboration with Benefit adds a compelling beauty dimension to the Grease: The Immersive Movie Musical     . The Beauty School concept feels entirely at home within the universe of the film, while also offering something new for audiences — an interactive, stylish and sensorial layer that enhances the storytelling in a truly contemporary way.”

Combining theatre experiences with a highly recognisable beauty brand universe, the partnership offers a fresh model for experiential beauty storytelling — one that is both culturally resonant and commercially engaging.
