Mamas & Papas, the UK’s leading nursery brand, is proud to announce a new expert partnership with award-winning sleep specialists, Calm & Bright Sleep Support – bringing parents evidence-based, compassionate sleep guidance to help the whole family get more rest.

Founded by sisters and mums-of-four Gem and Eve, Calm & Bright’s evidence-based, baby-led approach has helped over 20,000 families reclaim rest and get a full night’s sleep. Now, as Mamas & Papas’ Resident Sleep Experts, the duo—hailed as “sleep angels” by the families they support—will provide accessible, expert-backed advice via the Mamas & Papas app, website, social channels and selected in-store experiences.

“We know just how overwhelming baby sleep challenges can be, and the impact they can have on families,” says Megan Muflahi, Senior Brand Manager at Mamas & Papas. “Partnering with Calm & Bright allows us to give parents the support they need, when they need it—whether that’s through practical tips, emotional reassurance, or expert know-how. This new partnership marks another step in Mamas & Papas’ ongoing commitment to supporting parents, not just with products, but with expert guidance, reassurance, and community.”

With support from a team of NHS professionals, paediatric nurses and sleep consultants, Calm & Bright has become a go-to resource for tired parents seeking gentle, effective, and evidence-backed solutions to common sleep struggles.

“Mamas & Papas has been a trusted name on each of our parenting journeys over the years,” say Gem and Eve of Calm & Bright. “So, it feels like such a natural fit to partner with the brand, aligning our shared values of supporting families with compassion, clarity and confidence. Together, we can’t wait to help more parents find the rest and reassurance they deserve through trusted, evidence-based sleep support.”

Content from Calm & Bright will be featured on the Parent Hub of the Mamas & Papas app, the Resident Sleep Expert area of the website, and across the brand’s social media channels and with dedicated Sleep Hub areas within select stores.

To celebrate the launch, Gem and Eve will host a live sleep Q&A and meet-and-greet event in partnership with The Mum Club at the new Mamas & Papas flagship store at Trafford Centre,
