The Lexicon, owned in a joint venture between Schroders Capital and Legal & General Capital, has secured 23,039 sq ft of new retail, F&B, and leisure lettings with Mango, Rituals, and Jamaica Blue all arriving at the Bracknell retail destination.
International fashion brand Mango has opened a new 19,210 sq ft store at The Lexicon in what is a flagship letting for the scheme. The retailer bolsters The Lexicon’s fashion offering which also includes favourites such as Fenwick, M&S, TK Maxx H&M, Next and Primark.
Meanwhile, specialists in luxurious bath, body and home products, Rituals, is set to open its new 2,035 sq ft store. Rituals prioritises people and the planet, with products developed using ingredients of natural origin that help to transform daily routines and help connect and balance body, mind and soul. Its arrival adds to the strong health and beauty options at The Lexicon which is also home to the likes of Boots, L’Occitane, The Fragrance Shop and Superdrug.
Growing coffee chain Jamaica Blue will also be coming to The Lexicon after signing for a 1,794 sq ft space. Founded in Australia in 1992, Jamaica Blue has cafes in seven different countries with a growing presence in the UK. Alongside its famous coffee, Jamaica Blue offers a diverse range of classic dishes with a twist, including wraps, bagels, oven baked dishes, cakes, and its all-day brunch options.
The flurry of leasing activity comes as 14.1 million people visited The Lexicon over the past year with people being drawn in across the Thames Valley and beyond thanks to the scheme’s year round events programme.
