ManiLife expands distribution with Organic range as it launches into Waitrose

Award-winning peanut butter brand ManiLife is cementing itself as an industry leader with further distribution points secured for its exclusive batch Organic range. The new listing in Waitrose, shows the growing appetite for organic produce, which is a first for the brand within its portfolio.

Available from 15th October, peanut butter lovers can find ManiLife Organic Smooth and Organic Crunchy peanut butter in over 250 Waitrose stores nationwide, as well as online. Priced at £4.50, these exclusive batch peanut butters will offer unparalleled taste for eco-conscious consumers not wanting to scrimp on flavour or quality.

With reports showing that the consumption of organic food in the UK is at a 15-year high, ManiLife is demonstrating its consistent commitment to its consumers and to sourcing the finest quality ingredients. ManiLife is taking its finest single-estate peanuts to the next level with organic certification, bringing its products to new heights.

In a category first, the peanuts are sourced directly from one of the oldest farming families in Argentina. With such a small harvest, ManiLife is the only peanut butter brand in the world to have access to the crop, which is grown using regenerative farming methods. The boundary-pushing brand finds itself setting another benchmark with this exclusive limited batch guaranteeing a premium peanut butter experience that’s also sustainable.

Quality, sustainability and traceability have historically all been paramount to ManiLife; this product is no exception. The brand spent four years searching for organic peanuts with a flavour they were happy to put their name to. As a multi-crop organic estate with generations of farming behind it, their partners are operating at the frontier of sustainable farming. And, with such an exclusive harvest, sourced directly, they have a level of traceability that is unheard of in the peanut butter industry.

Stu Macdonald, founder of ManiLife, comments: “When I launched ManiLife my vision was to elevate peanut butter to the same levels of consideration we’ve seen in coffee in the last 20 years. This product does exactly that. It is so much more than organic. It’s supreme quality with a fantastic story behind it and ManiLife is the only peanut butter brand in the world with access to these nuts, which are already in such limited supply. I think this could be one of the most special products ManiLife has ever launched.”.
