Mexican restaurant Tortilla has launched its much anticipated seasonal menu

TortillaCali-Mexican inspired brand Tortilla transformed its London Wall location into an immersive “winter warmer” creative hub to celebrate the launch of their new winter edit.

Moving away from the traditional turkey dinner, Tortilla’s winter campaign focuses on “cosying up with flavour,” offering a vibrant escape from the British chill. The launch event brought this concept to life, blending the brand’s food heritage with London’s emerging fashion and music scenes.

The event showcased flavours from their new winter edit, which is now available across the UK for December and January. The new offering features five limited-time items designed to bring heat and depth to the colder months:

● BBQ Adobo Chicken: A smoky, sweet protein option.

● Thiccc Sauce Chilli Cacao Mayo: Creamy and tingly with a subtle hint of chocolate.

● Fermented Purple Carrots: Adding a sharp, vibrant crunch to tacos and burritos.

● Dulce de Leche & Banana Quesadilla: An indulgent dessertserved in a freshly toasted tortilla.

● Spiced Apple Margarita: A seasonal twist on the classic house staple.

Tortilla partnered with the up-and-coming fashion label Ruby Loot and its founder, Georgia Buchanan. The collaboration resulted in a limited collection of slogan t-shirts, designed exclusively for the launch. Guests were gifted the tees on the night, allowing them to get “wrapped” in the brand while enjoying the new edit.

Creative studio Nobody’s Café led the transformation of the London Wall venue, curating a space that balanced cosy winter textures with Tortilla’s signature spice. The atmosphere was soundtracked by high-energy DJ sets from Clara Rosa and The Flag Twins serving tunes from behind the Tortilla counter.

Beyond the food and music, the event served as a playful escape, featuring cosy corners for chess and cards, a photobooth, and a pop-up tattoo station by local studio OnebyOne, where guests could get inked with Tortilla-inspired designs.

The Tortilla Winter Edit is available now in-store and for delivery.
