M&SM&S Gemini has reopened in Warrington, following a 10-month makeover to cater to a wider range of customer shopping missions. Store manager, Robert Pickford was joined by special guests Percy Pig, Colin the Caterpillar and Patricia Bradshaw, who has worked for M&S for over 30 years, cutting the ribbon to officially declare the renewed store open.

The store now features a refreshed Clothing and Home area and enhanced Beauty department. Shoppers will be able to enjoy plenty of style inspiration with the latest SS25 collections across womenswear, menswear and kidswear, with neon-lit areas to spotlight M&S customer favourite collections including Per Una and Autograph, as well as Jaeger. Customers will also be to shop our third-party brand offer with a dedicated Mamas & Papa’s section adjacent to our kidswear offer. Other highlights include a M&S Footwear offer with a spacious try-on area, making it easy for customers to find the right fit and style and an in-store bra and suit fitting service for customers.

The M&S Beauty department will also be home to all M&S third-party brands and own brands including the Apothecary collection, with its calming range of scented bath, body care and home fragrance products and will showcase a range of Clinique, Benefit Cosmetics and Estee Lauder Fragrance products. Our dedicated Beauty Advisors will also be on hand to give expert, impartial and commission free advice to our customers.

And shopping with M&S will be easier than ever with a team of colleagues there to offer support and styling advice, and new features like the option to skip the queues altogether, pay straight away in our store fitting rooms. Customers can also pick up their M&S favourites using our Click and Collect service for all online Clothing, Home and Beauty M&S.com orders.

Local shoppers have also been able enjoy the renewed Foodhall which opened on the 16th October. The show-stopping bakery is now double the size and offers a wider selection of fresh breads and pastries baked throughout the day as well as offering takeaway hot drinks, including barista-made coffee such as M&S’ famous Magic Coffee. The store also has a dedicated Flower Shop, Wine Shop, and Hot Chicken Shop as well as a brand-new M&S café with 260 seats.

Over 100 Remarksable value everyday staples are available across the store, price benchmarked against key competitors and with an M&S quality point of difference – all part of the retailer’s trusted value promise. And with Easter around the corner, the new store will have a whole host of brand-new spring treats for all the family. Must-have Collection Easter eggs that are layered and loaded with decadent fillings and wow-worthy hot cross buns include new first to market flavours like indulgent Mini Millionaires, packed with salted caramel fudge pieces, dark chocolate and blond chocolate chips.

Store manager Robert Pickford who leads the store’s 400 strong team, said: “It’s amazing to finally unveil our new-look Gemini store. I cannot wait to see the response to the refreshed store, it looks completely different, and I am certain customers – both regular and new – are going to love shopping here. We’ve been part of the Cheshire community for 30 years and our new look is an exciting investment in the future of M&S in the area. Personally, I can’t wait to see our customers explore all the new features the store has to offer; from our brand-new M&S bakery and fresh market-style Foodhall to our revamped Clothing & Home department – we really do have the best of M&S here to enjoy!”
