From a bold Welsh start-up to a cross-Atlantic contender, NE10 Vodka is stepping into 2025 with serious momentum. The Swansea and US-based drinks company, known for its trailblazing take on premium flavoured vodka and illuminated bottles, has announced a string of major developments – including a £9 million factory purchase in Chicago to supercharge distribution across the US.
Already listed in Walmart and Southern Glazer’s Wine & Spirits, NE10 is rapidly scaling its presence stateside. The new manufacturing hub will significantly increase production capacity, streamline logistics, and meet rising demand from one of the world’s most competitive drinks markets.
Back in the UK, the brand’s distinctive luminescent bottles and bold flavours, including Blue Raspberry and Pink Apple, are now stocked in over 1,000 independent retailers, bars, and restaurants, alongside major national chains such as B&M. A deal with a top 4 UK supermarket is set to be announced this quarter.
The company has also successfully overcome a legal challenge brought by rival AU Vodka – a testament to its resilience in a fiercely contested category. Now, NE10 is turning its focus to financial growth with a listing on the London Stock Exchange in progress, facilitated through a £300,000 convertible loan agreement with Golden Rock Global (GCG). The capital restructure paves the way for a potential reverse takeover, positioning NE10 for substantial investor interest and wider market recognition.
Paul Carroll, an existing director at NE10, has now officially joined the board, reinforcing the company’s leadership team as it enters this next phase of scale and innovation.
Originally launched with a mission to bottle the “independent spirit of Wales,” NE10 has stayed true to its roots. The brand continues to invest in South West Wales, with local recruitment drives and outreach programmes forming a central part of its long-term impact plan.
NE10 isn’t just another drinks brand – it’s a disruptive force in a £2.4bn vodka category, built on bold design, cultural relevance, and a fresh take on nightlife. With firm footholds in both the UK and US, and a stock exchange listing on the horizon, NE10 looks set to light up the global spirits market.
