neat., the award-winning eco brand and Certified B Corp., is expanding its reach to 134 Sainsbury’s stores across the UK. From 18th August, customers will be able to find neat.’s full range of refillable, plant-based cleaning products on shelves, with a dedicated neat. branded bay rolling out from 28th August. Neat is the first UK founded eco brand to unlock full range retail distribution on this scale.

Sainsbury’s has been a strong supporter of our sustainable mission, already stocking our popular Foaming Handwash. The overwhelming positive response to our eco-conscious approach has led to Sainsbury’s decision to carry our entire product line. This includes our newest innovation, the Foaming Washing Up Spray in Mango & Fig, alongside other favourites such as the Anti Bac-Multi-Surface Cleaner, Daily Shower Spray, and more.

Joe Davies, Sainsbury’s buyerm commented: “At Sainsbury’s, we are committed to offering our customers products that are not only high quality but also better for the planet. Neat’s innovative, eco-friendly cleaning range aligns perfectly with our sustainability plan. We are excited to provide our customers with a broader selection of neat., products, and support a UK brand that is dedicated to making a positive environmental impact.”

Josie Harfield and Ryan McSorley, co-founders of neat., said: “We are ecstatic about our partnership with

Sainsbury’s. It’s a significant step towards making sustainable living accessible to more people. By choosing neat., customers are not only getting effective cleaning products but also contributing to a larger mission of reducing carbon emissions and plastic waste. We are grateful to Sainsbury’s for sharing our vision and helping us make a meaningful impact.”

This Plastic Free July, neat. celebrated a significant milestone:

  • Water saved: 635,779 litres
  • Plastic waste prevented: 114 tonnes (equivalent to the weight of 9.5 double decker buses)

These achievements highlight the profound impact our customers have made by choosing refillable options, aiding in the global fight against plastic pollution and water wastage.

neat.’s mission is to simplify sustainable choices by creating planet-positive solutions that perform brilliantly. Our products, from plant-based, biodegradable formulas to stylish, refillable packaging, are designed to minimise environmental impact and make cleaning a joy.
