Sake ONO’s flagship Junmai Daiginjo is an irresistible blend of honeydew, lemon peel, white floral, and green apple notes, underpinned by delicate umami undertones. This highest grade of Sake is meticulously brewed with four premium ingredients—rice, yeast, water, and koji—all sourced locally from Niigata, Japan.
