Online sports and fitness retailer, Sweatband.com, flexes its delivery and post-purchase muscle with Scurri

Sweatband.com,UK specialist sports and fitness online retailer, Sweatband.com, has selected Scurri, the delivery management platform and post-purchase experience provider, to power its delivery experience game – from dispatch to customer notifications.

Founded in 1999, Sweatband.com provides top-quality sports equipment and gym accessories to enthusiasts of all levels. From treadmills to cross trainers, dumbbells, multigyms and yoga mats, Sweatband.com partner with the biggest and most trusted brands, including Adidas, Nike, Wilson, NordicTrack and Gaiam, alongside stocking its own in-house equipment brands, DKN and Viavito, and clothing and supplement brand, Half Human.

From an easy-to-use online experience to offering free, impartial advice on its equipment range from a team of in-house experts, exceptional customer service is a key differentiator for Sweatband.com – resulting in a 4.5-star Trust pilot score across more than 22,000 reviews.

Sweatband.com has adopted Scurri’s Connect delivery management platform allowing it to effortlessly manage multiple carrier integrations, including two-person delivery for heavy and bulky sports equipment, to power its delivery offering – including free standard and signed for delivery options. Scurri’s industry leading NPS and CSAT scores, combined with superior customer support, were key for Sweatband.com in addition to an innovative product offering.

Additionally, as a customer-led business prioritising high levels of service engagement, Sweatband.com has also deployed Scurri’s Track Plus solution which allows it to control its post-purchase delivery experience for customers – including branded order tracking communications to ensure customers are kept advised of the status of each delivery from order to dispatch and final mile.
